[0001] OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a removable union for laminar portions, usable for mounting boxes and / or packages.
[0002] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION At present there are known boxes or packages which consist of laminar portions coupled together to configure their walls, bottom and, in some cases, a cover. The coupling of these laminar portions is carried out by nailing (staples, nails) or by means of assemblies with groove and union tongue based on corresponding recesses (tongues and grooves).
[0003] In the case of unions with tongue and groove joints different implementations have been provided to ensure the strength of the unions, so that boxes or packages are not disassembled by the weight of the load they carry. These implementations consist of harpoon enlargements of the tab of the tongue and groove assembly, to allow the introduction but not the extraction, with the disadvantage that the expansion of the harpoon can not not be much greater than the width of the groove which, consequently, does not guarantee a good tensile strength, especially when the own introduction of the harpoon exerts deformations on the latter and / or on the groove, decreasing their surface area. The tensile-resistant supports require a plurality of tongue and groove assemblies which slow down the assembly and increase the cost of manufacture, the cuts to be made to be made more numerous, taking into account the fact that these cuts are made by laser on laminar elements with a certain resistance (plastic, agglomerated wood, etc.). In addition, the disassembly of the unions is not possible if the extraction of the harpoon 10 is not forced, its restraint function is therefore unused. Other implementations incorporate complementary inclined edges in a multitude of tabs protruding from each of the edges of the portions to be coupled, having the same disadvantages as to the multitude of cuts to be made and their cost. Other implementations based on multiple tongues are also known with flexible retaining elements which have the same drawbacks, several of which must be implemented in each of the unions between two laminar portions. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The dismountable union for laminar portions of the invention has a constitution that solves the described technical problem, since it is capable of achieving a strong union between two laminar portions with a minimal number of cuts. , which minimizes manufacturing costs through laser cuts. It mainly applies to the assembly of boxes or packaging. According to the invention, the union comprises corresponding tongue-and-groove joints, namely, materialized in said laminar portions so that they fit together in the union of the latter, said tongue-and-groove joints comprising, at least, a tongue and groove assembly which has the sole function of maintaining the relative position between the two laminar portions without performing any restraint. This contributes, on the one hand, to the fact that only two, or even one, of these end-centering tongue and groove assemblies are necessary to have two points of support, and that these are made by means of cuts. which, having minimal trajectories, are the most economical to achieve by laser. If only one tongue and groove joint assembly is provided, the other fulcrum is configured through the retaining member which is described hereinafter. In addition to tongue and groove joints, the union comprises at least one retaining element and, ideally, a single retaining element since, being a necessary element, but requiring a greater number of cuts, the implementation of a single reduces to a minimum the cuts to be made and, consequently, the manufacturing costs.
[0004] The union is completed through the implementation of support interposed between said tongue and groove assemblies centering and said retaining elements. These supports cooperate with the tongue-and-groove assemblies in the maintenance of the relative position between the two laminar portions, since they immobilize the advance of one of the laminar pieces against the other, then that the centralized groove and tongue assemblies immobilize the shearing movement of this other part relative to the first and also avoid torsions, the retaining element being able to cooperate in this last provision, in particular in the variants of the union of the invention which comprise a single tongue and groove assembly and a single retainer. They show two lateral views of the extraction of the end of the tongue in the recess of the retaining element of the dismountable union of the invention corresponding to the variant shown in FIG. 8. FIG. 13 shows a variant of the union of the invention with a single tongue-and-groove assembly and a single retaining element. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION The removable union (1) for laminar portions (2, 3) of the invention is used in the assembly of packagings (4) such as food packaging (see FIG. laminar portions (2, 3) configuring their walls (20), bottom (21) and, if appropriate, cover (22), and comprises corresponding tongue and groove joints embodied in said laminar portions (2, 3) for the union of the latter. According to the invention, the detachable union (1) comprises, at least, a tongue-and-groove assembly (5), at least one retaining element (7) and supports (6) interposed between said assemblies to centering groove and tongue (5) and said retaining elements (7). In particular, in the example shown in the figures, the union (1) comprises two centralized groove and tongue assemblies (5), a centered retaining element (7), and the corresponding supports (6) between them. The retaining element (7) (see FIGS. 4 to 7) comprises in this preferred example of the invention a laterally retractable tongue (8), the free end of which has an enlargement (8a). ) which defines a neck (8b), all this materialized in the first laminar portion (2), while in the second laminar portion (3) is materialized a recess (9) of width equal to or greater than the neck (8b) of the tongue (8) and less than the width of its widening (8a) extreme, this recess (9) communicating laterally with an eyelet (9a) materialized, also in the second laminar portion (3), which has a similar width or greater than that of the widening (8a) extreme of the tongue (8). With the described configuration of the retaining element (7), by attaching the union (1), the neck (8b) is positioned inside the recess (9), the extreme widening (8a) of the tongue (8) being retained against the pulling force which would detach the union (1) due to its greater width relative to that of the recess (9), whereas to introduce the neck (8b) into the recess (9) it is necessary that the extreme widening (8a) of the tongue (8) passes through the eyelet (9a) -which has a sufficient width-, which is why the tongue (8) is displaceable in the lateral direction 8 (see FIGS. 6 and 7). In this preferred embodiment of the invention, the supports (6) are materialized on the edge (2a) of the first laminar portion (2) (see FIG. 3), so as to abut the end with the surface of the the second laminar portion (3). The centralized groove and tongue assemblies (5) comprise strips (10) emerging from said edge (2a) of the first laminar portion (2) corresponding to openings (11) materialized in the second laminar portion (3), while the tabs (8) of the retaining elements (7) also emerge from the edge (2a) of the first laminar portion (2) and correspond to recesses (9) materialized in the second laminar portion (3), the openings (11) and the recesses (9) being aligned when the first laminar portion (2) is flat. In this way, the cuts to be made on the laminar portions (2, 3) are minimized, which also minimizes the manufacturing costs. The most preferred variant of the invention is that shown in the figures, which materializes in particular the union (1) via two central tongue and groove assemblies (5) and a retaining element (7) arranged between the two central tongue and groove assemblies (5). In this way, the retaining element can be arranged centered with respect to the two laminar portions (2, 3), while maintaining the mutual position of these two tongue and groove assemblies (5). Also, another preferred variant of the invention shown in FIG. 13, would implement a single tongue and groove assembly (5) and a single retaining element (7), this configuration being one that guarantees a number of actions less important when making the union.
[0006] In order to improve the lateral bending possibilities of the tongue (8), it has been planned for this tongue to extend towards the interior of the first laminar portion (2) by means of two first flexibilisation cuts (12) (see FIGS. 2 and 5). To disassemble the union (1) it is simply necessary to bend the tongue (8) again to cause the exit of its extreme widening (8a) through the eyelet (9a).
[0007] A variant of the invention, shown in FIGS. 8 to 12, has provided that said disassembly can be blocked by means of the arrangement of a loop (13) in the eyelet (9a) which prevents the lateral displacement of the tongue (8). This loop (13) is also retractable in the lateral direction so as to allow the insertion of the extreme widening (8a) of the tongue, optionally improving its flexibility in this direction by means of the implementation of two second flexibilisation cuts (14) extended towards the second laminar portion (3). In addition, provision has been made for weakening cuts (13a) by which it will break this loop (13) for the passage of widening (8a) at the time of dismantling the union (1). For its part, said extreme widening (8a) of the tongue (8) has a T configuration preferably as shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, or an enlarged trapezoidal configuration towards the end, as shown. in FIG. 8. Since the nature of the invention is sufficiently described, it is pointed out that the description of the latter and of its preferred embodiment must be interpreted in a nonlimiting manner, and that it encompasses all the possible variants of embodiment. which are deduced from the contents of this specification and the claims.
